Our Camp meeting is an active community with a variety of events and activities for the whole family …. from children’s camps to live, Christian musical performances and speakers. We offer family weekends, covered dish suppers, holiday picnics, and many other opportunities to enjoy the beauty of our “pocket of peace”. Brochures with information on our Camp meeting and various events will be available for those interested in learning more or participating in future events.
Annual Spring and Autumn Work Days — 8:30 am to 3:00 pm – A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all volunteers. Indoor and outdoor projects available for all age groups. Flexible schedule and projects to accommodate everyone’s schedule and skills. These days are set aside to work on common tasks to improve our campgrounds, not work on personal cottages. Please RSVP if you are planning to be part of these work days!
Community Service Opportunities — We welcome the opportunity to receive community service hours by volunteering your time and talents in our non-profit community. Traditionally, we have four (4) workdays each calendar year – two in the Spring to open our Camp meeting and two in the Fall to close everything for the season. State and Federal clearances and Safe Sanctuary training is completed by work leaders to ensure the safety of all guests and volunteers on grounds. Each participant will receive a Community Service verification letter with the number of hours of community service completed.
