So you want to become a cottager — wonderful! The goal of the BSCM Cottager community is not just to preserve this sacred historic site, but also to continue the tradition of spiritual vibrancy and a close-knit sense of fellowship together.

Click here to find the Cottager Application form. This form must be filled out and submitted to the BSCM Sales & Rentals Committee along with a deposit. If you are approved as a cottager (a process that a BSCM Board member will discuss with you), then you are eligible to purchase a cottage.

Remember, you must be approved as a cottager first before you can buy a cottage.
